I recently saw this article (http://blog.wired.com/cultofmac/2007/06/pure_digital_cl.html) about a company called Pure Digital that is said to soon be selling unlocked iPhones so that non AT&T users can use iPhones with their service plans for other privoders. Although I think the idea of this is quite novel, if I were AT&T I would be peeved. I wonder how they actually unlock phones to make them compatiable with other companies … the programs seem so different, maybe they aren’t.
